The standards set by this program incorporate cutting-edge building science and green building strategies throughout. This is a super-insulated house, with 10” exterior wall trusses that are insulated to R-36 and an R-43 attic. Windows are fiberglass, the siding is cement fiber, and the trim is engineered wood. |
