This picture shows three of the four units in a downtown Ridgefield project, which featured the gut renovation of a home dating to the mid-1800’s (not shown), the gut renovation of a second home (near left) dating from the early 1900’s, and two new high performance homes in the rear.  Note the tumbled concrete pavers which are porous to allow storm water drainage through to a 12” bed of crushed stone.
