Unit D is identical to Unit C, with only the siding and roofline to set them apart. FSC certified ash flooring with a water-based finish was used in all four homes. However, it is primarily the performance of these four "spec" homes that makes them green. At BPC, we believe that improving the performance qualities of the homes we build is the most important sustainable feature by far. These qualities include energy efficiency, comfort, indoor air quality, durability, safety, and reduced maintenance.
