This building dates back to the 1800’s when it was built as a stable and housing for the domestic help serving an adjoining estate. It has been completely renovated with an addition to the rear and has become a four-unit apartment building. Spray foam insulation was used to create air-tight and well insulated units, each of which is heated by a tankless water heater which provides hot water to a small air handler.
