Two custom green homes recently built by Building Performance Cooperative are the subjects of two articles published in the March/April 2021 Bedford & New Canaan Magazine.

One of the articles, titled Positively Passive, is about a home built by Building Performance Cooperative and designed by the homeowners Elisabeth Post-Marner and Larry Marner, both architects. The home was designed and built to Passive House standards. The home is also a certified Zero Energy Ready Home. When built, the home did not include solar panels, but the homeowners plan on adding solar panels to make the home a Net-Zero Energy Home.
