Work with the region’s leading custom green home builder and green renovation contractor.

Join the BPC Green Builders Team!

For more than two decades, BPC Green Builders has built high-performance, sustainable, custom new green homes in Connecticut and New York. We are passionate about energy efficiency and building performance, and the impact they have on our local communities. We know that sustainable homes are good not only for homeowners but also for the environment. BPC’s green homes are built to be safer, healthier, and more comfortable for homeowners, and they provide a lifetime of significantly lower energy usage and costs.

We’re widely recognized as the region’s leading custom green builder, and our success is due, in large part, to our team, one we are currently looking to grow! The BPC team is made up of passionate, driven, experienced individuals with an extensive understanding of building science, engineering principles, and green industry standards.

At BPC Green Builders, we deeply value our team. In fact, our success depends upon them: BPC stands for Building Performance Co-op, as we are a worker-owned cooperative. This means that our team members own the business, participate in its financial success through their work, and have significant decision-making power when it comes to the company’s direction. In this way, BPC’s success is deeply tied to that of its individual employees.

As our team grows, we’re looking for like-minded individuals who are equally passionate about building healthy, sustainable, high-performance, energy-efficient, custom green homes to join us.

Please submit a resume and cover letter to careers@bpcgb.com. We encourage applicants to include a description of their experiences and interest in working in the field of sustainability and home improvement, construction, and renovation in cover letters.
